Why should customers hire you?

Let my reviews do the true talking. You will see that customers are comfortable with me and that's the way I want it. I've established a repeat clientele that appreciates my work. I am out to change the reputation of handymen & women in general. Just the other day I had my van serviced. It was a little more complicated on what I could do & they provided me a quote based on the time they thought it was going to take. So they did the service work & it didn't take them as long as they thought. But instead of saying "Hey it didn't take us quite as long as we had planned so instead of the quoted amount you'll only need to pay $200 saving you $100." How awesome would that have been? I would be a customer for life! But instead I have this bitter taste in my mouth regarding this company. I vow that I will do my best that way you’ll think of me every time you need help!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've worked in corporate America and law enforcement for 16 years. Neither one of those career fields are flexible with families. I am a true family man. I do everything in this world for my wife and three daughters and working in those fields just wasn't very family friendly. So I decided to start my own business and since I always liked helping people it was a perfect fit.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I really enjoy doing the little jobs that people just don't have time for or are a little nervous to do it on their own. I really love doing TV mounts because that is instant gratification for both the customer and me. It is not very hard to do but tedious. And a little mistake can go a long way when you are cutting through drywall to conceal their wires.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give me details about what you are needing and be prepared for me to ask questions. I don't want to show up to a job assuming it's one thing just to learn that it is something completely different and I don't have the correct parts, tools, or skills to do it. I don't want any of those possibilities so I will ask you questions. It may seem like a lot but there is a reason I am asking those questions.
